Sub 37 midi setup master or slave

Just wondering how people has there mood sub 37 connected I'm using it as slave to the tempest
Should I be using it as the master any feed back would be great

I think, there is no golden rule ... ;) Just do it as needed. You can use the Sub 37 for controlling other midi devices.

In my live-setup the Sub 37 is almost only in slave mode, because it generates one voice in a multi-voice arrangement.

I use mine as master, unless I'm recording, and then the computer is master.

You can do it either way. You might find it harder to dial in precise tempos on the Sub 37 as opposed to some other device.
