Problem with sub 37 volume knob?

Hey everyone hope someone can help me out... So I like to have my pot mode set to THRU on the Sub37. The problem is every time I power on I have to change the pot mode to either ABS or RLTV in order to turn the volume knob down from max value. Once I do that I can switch back to THRU mode and everything works fine. I'm not sure if my volume knob is reaching its 127 max value or not. Am I missing a global or preset setting? More annoying than a serious issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's an interesting problem (if it is one). You should maybe report this behaviour to Amos by e-mail. Don't forget to report your firmware number (you'll find it at the end of the general menu).

I reported this issue to Andy a few months ago and he said he would investigate, so I believe they're on the case about it.

Good so I'm not the only one... I just used midi software to see that my knob is in fact going up to 127. So it must be a firmware issue since the pot itself is working fine... ???

Hi folks - sorry to resurrect a thread, but this is happening to me as well - the volume knob is ignored in THRU mode, unless you switch modes and then switch back to THRU again. Just wanted to flag here in case any hope to be fixed in next firmware update. Thanks!
