there must be something completely wrong.
My first has ser.nr. 18?? and I was the 4th on the list at Music Store. I got it in September 2014. Built date is always handwritten on the factory label at the bottom of the moog.
Also, Moog gives 2 years warranty, Thoman itsself gives 3 years.

I've got my second sub37 a couple of days before.

History: Great as the first, new cutoff pot (heavier to dial), but one pot needed to be center calibrated, which was easy to do with the help of Stefan @ emc.

Problems : Filter pot problem appeared in 09/2015, I sent it to local store who sent it to the french distributor for repair. Working now, but still have a plastic pot Hope it's for good ...

Problems: Ladder Filter starting to crumble between the 280 Hz - 500k Hz area.

Due to this issue the unit has been exchanged by Espace Clavier - Bordeaux - France for another (more recent )model.
