If your patient contact Andy in the tech department an email from him should help with shipping costs, I did but it did take more time. His email is posted on this thread I believe.

Anyway I'm tracking my Sub37 it should make it to the factory tomorrow and be back on its way to me by Monday. They'll update the firmware and all that, I'm stoked.
That's good to hear. I don't know where I'll find a box big enough to ship it. I don't really keep boxes as I don't have a place to store them.

With this situation Moog also offer'd to send a shipping box. Otherwise they'll always provide it for a couple bucks after warranty expires and such. Cheers!

I got an email back earlier, apparently me email went in to their spam box lol. Wasn't the most informative email really, a simple "I am sorry to hear about this issue. Please contact our Authorized Service Center in the UK for assistance" with no details/contact info for their UK ASC or mention as to if I would be required to pay for pick-up/redelivery of the Sub. Being under warranty still and the fact that this isn't just a one off issue, I would hope that this would be covered by themselves, after all...not as if I broke it lol.
I guess we shall see, after checking their support page I found what I believe to be their UK ASC as http://www.vintagesynths.co.uk/ So shall drop them an email and hope for an answer to my questions.

.
I thought that HHB, in conjunction with Source distribution (Moog UK distributor), are the main authorised repairer/ service / warranty work in the UK:

http://www.hhb.co.uk/support_equipment_repair.php

http://www.sourcedistribution.co.uk/

Source Distribution are listed on the Moog site for international support:

Actually, my mistake. The email I received didn't show up in full on my mobile device and the way it was worded actually looked like it was sent by Rachid and not by Andy. So Big apologies to Andy, thank you for getting back to me and I shall follow through with your advice :)

And yup, it is HHB :)
