SUB Phatty died after firmware update attempt

I followed instructions, but after entering firmware update mode, and several attempts to transfer syses via C6, all I got is LFO rate LED blinking. I also turned unit OFF and ON again, but it is dead except LFO rate LED. Is there any buttons combination on startup that can get it back?
