Amos asked me via a PM but haven't heard anything.

Did anyone get an email yet? Would love to test out the features while I have time this weekend.

Amos,
Mail me a Sub37 and I'll put it through the gauntlet and ship it back at my expense.

I am interested in testing anything related to the Sub 37 and Sub Phatty -- especially if it relates to poly chaining the two together!

Hi Amos,

I would be love to be a beta tester for newer Sub37 firmware. If the changes are significant I would like some documentation of the implementation, expected features, known trouble areas, etc. I develop software, so I'm not a stranger to the process :)

I would also be willing to beta test new FW versions on my Sub 37 (as I understand, the hardware can't get permanently damaged by a buggy firmware, right?), and also the editor (latest OSX and Windows 7 pro 64 bit running here).
Just like scottingham, I am also a software developer, and know how important thorough testing is, and how to report bugs properly.

I'd even love to do alpha testing too! I realize that there would be a slight probability of bricking, but I live a quick ride away in Chapel Hill. If the documentation was good and the risk was minimal an alpha version could go a long way.

Could we agree though that if we had to choose between the sequencer upgrade vs the subphatty polychain we'd go with the sequencer update?

Looks like V1.0.7 has now been officially released :-

I didn't find any issues with it in pre-release - still not sure about the 'relative' knob mode. I think I will like that better when the display can show the actual parameter value as you adjust the knob.
