Sub 37 dropping full half step/ fine tune knob no function

Hello,
After turning on my sub37 and allowing it to warm up the pitch drops a full half step. I have run it through all of the calibration processes and have updated the firmware to 1.0.4. It will turn on in tune and I have had it stay in tune for long periods of time but randomly it will drop a half step and that happens much more often than it holding tune. Could this be a power issue? I am using grounded power and have used power sources from multiple establishments that have up to code power.

Also, I can not get the fine tune knob to function. I can change the setting in the global menu from tune to edit but the knob does not recognize either function. Manual says nothing about a fine tune knob activation setting does it? Sorry if it does and i missed it but i have looked extensively.

yesterday i got the same problem.
but after 20minutes playing Switch on/off and turning the tuneknob is gone.
