Picked up a sub phatty new, registered, was sent the download files. All is good but the Sub Phatty Editor refuses to install (it just keeps popping up with "installation failed, contact manufacturer" etc). I've emailed Moog but a month later and no response.
According to the original email I do not need to update the firmware (the serial code is in the 5000's), is this right?
I'm running an iMac with 10.6.8 still
Any help greatly appreciated, I searched and searched through here and elsewhere and couldn't find an answer.
