Just tried to update my Sub P with the above.... it's now bricked. Midi light is on, not blinking. Nothing is happening and the usb connection doesn't seem to be communicating anymore with computer.
I had previously been in the beta testing pool last year and was updating from the last beta firmware version. I hadn't had any problems previously.
Help?

BTW for anyone reading this, this "disaster" could only affect a particular group of beta testers; if you weren't one, you have nothing to worry about. If you were a beta tester, I sent you an email warning you not to update the bootloader, or this would happen.
The only people who would ever need to update the bootloader at this point are people who are on Sub Phatty firmware v1 and have never updated to firmware v2 yet. Everybody else already has the v2 bootloader and doesn't need to do any bootloader updates.
