Old School Patch application

Some time ago, a Mooger F'er in Europe posted an app that shows the Old School panel with tweak-able knobs that allow you to save a "patch" as a preset.

It didn't go as far as making the data available as SysEx patches for Voyager, or do much else but it was a great idea.

Well I made a few suggestions and for the life of me cannot find the original binary. Does anybody who wrote this, and where I can get another copy? I think there was a Windows based executable... I have Mac and there was an HTML / Java version out there some place.
