Or anything digital that can record high quality audio for days with ease.

For me it's all about capturing the good sounds and sequences that otherwise might be lost forever to the nothingness.

I like your track on YouTube also. Listening to it delivers very good spirit.

Everything was recorded live. I used my (ever expanding) eurorack modular and the voyager. the voyager plays the two "melody" parts.
So this thing only plays one note?

Homecoming, nice real-time playing, logical form and knowledge, Paul. The Voyager pads self made?

the modular is just direct into Logic, with no effects. The Voyager was recorded direct as well, but goes to a send with Logic's Tape Delay and some fancy envelope processing of the delay. Just a limiter on the master bus to keep peaks at 0dBfS.
This song was recorded spontaneously, as I was just patching and decided to record it and post it online.

Usually my music is much more processed, with everything going through guitar pedals or my Moogerfooger racks, and plugins in the digital realm. However I don't process my modular other than putting it in samplers and basic eq/compression.

Dude you are F*ckin joking me... I just downloaded your new album today.. I had no idea you guys were local. I'm originally from Los Angeles but moved to Cbus.. when are you playing again! I would love to see a show.. are you coming to this area.. Damn. I can't believe it. Every group I like is from somewhere else or playing somewhere else.

anyway here are mine..

Moog and Jd800

all synth duties and sound effects are the voyager.. although it stands out more in the background of this song but its heavily used just placed throughout and blended into the mix.

thanks a lot!! we dont play a lot of shows because of the whole gear situation, but we'll play in cleveland the first week of july at the "Champagne of Fests" - first and last ohio show before relocating to your old neck of the woods (L.A.) otherwise a festival one off in chicago (8-10) in august and then the rural Voice of the Valley Festival in rural west virginia the weekend after.

enough about me though, lots of cool sounds and other stuff going on in this forum..glad to be on board w/other voyager heads!
