Any chance for a preview of what's going to be new in v. 3.5?

Just bought the Voyager Editor Librarian v3.4 last night and have been mucking around with it all day.

I can't believe I missed that it has morphing capabilities.

I can choose two different patches, morph them together, and BAM! I get an instant 128 new patches, with 1/4 being useful :)

Love this software. It makes saving patches so much easier than MIDIOX.

The Preset Genetics function in the Editor (supports morphing, mixing, mutating & randomization of any two selected presets) is indeed a very cool little tool! Back in the day when I ran the SquareWave site, I used this function to create and post a Voyager 'Monthly Mashup' patch, with a brief description of the seed patches that were used to create the new Preset. For anyone interested, all 10 of those Monthly Mashup patches are available on KnobTweak:

KT > Voyager > Voyager Patches - Users > Voyager Mashups.zip

I saw your genetics patch offerings on KT and am planning to put at least one genetics patch pack together for KT too.

I'm discovering the worth of the Voyager more and more every time I use it.

Before I owned one I used to think the Voyager might only be good for modular noise, but man was I wrong.

It only takes seconds to get biting leads and growling basses, whereas other synths took a lot more time going through menus to get that kind of quality.

And now with the editors genetics feature, the possibilities are limitless. It really is the best software/hardware combo for flushing out ideas on the quick.

I just bought the Voyager editor. Mine is OS 3.3 and I was wondering whether I should update to 3.4 and then 3.5 or the 3.5 includes all goodies from 3.4. It would save some time.

My only problem with the editor is that I can't use simultaneously with my daw, if I have the editor open I can't start up protools or if I have protools open I can't use the editor as they use the same midi i/O drivers.
A vst or rtas compatible version would be awesome in the next update. I really like the merging features in it though. Cheers
