problem headphones output

I have bought a voyager rme of the second hand and the exit of earphones does not work well in stereo, only a channel.

Do you know that problem is?

There are many different things that might cause this. Ranging from a broken connection of the socket to some defect OP-Amp chips on the analog board.
Better ask a synth experienced technician for details. This is not something that happens so often that one can new the answer without having your unit on his desk.

try a different pair of headphones, just to rule out that they're not the problem

Did you find a solution?! I have a Moog Voyager with stereo problems.. I cannot hear anything on the R channel.. both headphones and main output is dead...

is there a change when you select different filter poles?
It could be a filter issue...
