Officially in Moog Purgatory

Post by trrstrl » Thu Feb 19, 2009 5:57 pm

I have ordered a Moog RME from my dealer and now must wait 10-12 days for it to arrive. It will be a tough wait. I got to play my friend's RME for a few minutes and loved the sounds. There is no question I will lose some sleep when it arrives. In the meantime I will be scouring the forum for info, with an eye toward expanding.

It's called Moogatory. The wait room between regular life and life with a moog.

Delighted to see my "Moog Purgatory" get some use from a first time poster, obviously a long time lurker.

Ill bet you have checked your tracking number several times today. Just wait until it says "Out for delivery" lol.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your purchase, both of you!

In Utah? That would be tragic! Keep the volume down, and you should be fine. Try not to play the resonant frequency of thier house if keeping the volume down isn't an option.

I guess we will hear from you before you get yours, but after that, a few weeks lol.

COngrats and wait until it says Out For Delivery and youll be suffering from a fully manifested state of Moog Purgatory.

It will pass soon, but Moog purgatory tends to be reoccuring. Once you are exposed to it, it usually returns

Like MRSA. lololol

MRSA's a lot cheaper to cure, though.
