Personal photos of Lunar backlighting?

Post by analogMan » Sun Jul 22, 2007 1:50 am

Hi Everyone,

Did anyone buy a select series voyager with the white backlighting? I'm considering it but I want to see some photos. The ones on the Moog site and Novamusik don't give a good idea of what it looks like. In fact those photos make it seem like it may have a blue tint. I'm hoping it just bright white.

Thanks.

analogMan, The white backlighting is fantastic. I have a select series Voyager....
its picture is on my MYSPACE...
All of the backlights are superb. I think the Jade is cool and so is the solar.
The Lunar is certainly WHITE though..

Analog man,It's not a Jade select series....
Check out the backlighting....
to the left you have
LUNAR
I've been using it on the Chris de Burgh tour over here in Germany and it certainly looks different...Sounds awesome. I've got some great shots of the Voyager with a lake and Mountain background.
All our tour venues are outdoors.

If the good folks at moog read this board, hopefully they'll post some nice pics. It's kind of a shame that you have to ask people who already purchased one to post a good picture. You would think with such a visually stunning product they would be eager to show them off.

Guys, I think with the amount of photos I took recently on tour, it's hard to actually capture the backlighting from the Moogs.
I took quite a few of the Voyager in various places and although I was using a Nikon digital SLR, I still couldn't capture the lighting.
I've put more photos up on both my MYSPACE sites of the select Taff Voyager.
one being Nigel Hopkins

and one being TOYSHOP MURDERS

Hopefully you'll get the idea of the lighting...
