Voyager start-up screen

Post by David P. » Fri Jan 13, 2023 3:48 am

Do all Voyagers have the Rudi Linhard boot up screen that says lintronics.de? The reason I'm asking is because I know we have an option to change it to the Bob Moog splash screen but I saw a post on Reverb saying that their RME was modded and showed the Linhard screen and mine shows the Linhard screen and I was thinking that if my Voyager I bought used was modded. Is this screen on every Voyager or really is my Moog modded?? Thanks please help me out with this.

The screen showing Bob Moog is an alternative one included from a certain point in the Voyager Firmware versions. It was included a few months after Bob's death.
So this Bob Moog screen is no modification. But it is a hidden thing no manual version I am aware of included. See the other thread about this topic to get the instruction on how to get this or the standard boot screen.
keep on turning these Moog knobs

Sequence:
Prodigy * minimoog '79 * Voyager * MF102 * MF103 * MF104z * MP201 * Taurus 3 * Minitaur * Sub Phatty * MF105 * Minimoog 2017+ MUSE * One 16

Figured it out. That screen doesn't mean it's modded.
