Single vs Multiple Triggering

Post by VCO » Fri Nov 04, 2022 3:56 pm

Could someone please explain how single vs multiple triggering works and it’s application how it’s used in performance
Thanks in Advance I wasn’t sure if refers to high and low note priority or not. was also curious if it refers to legato playing or not. I’m mainly a piano player so some of these concepts are a bit foreign to me. I’m not as well versed in knowledge relating to synths as a synthisist would be. Does the moog voyager default to a certain trigger mode or possibly low vs high note prioritiy? Maybe none of these things are even related ? I always wondered the exact definition of these terms
In relation to synthesizer s. Sorry for so many questions. My background is in jazz and I use synths and don’t consider myself a synthisist I’m more of a jazz piano player and got into synths because of my interest in jazz fusion
