Hi, just recently my Voyager is not responding on some presets. By not responding I mean the vca attack isn’t doing anything on the presets I can hear but many presets in bank A don’t even function or take a long time to be audible. I didn’t document which ones yet. With 869 to check that’s quite the task. Is anyone else having this specific issue.
I hardly use the synth too for the most part I unplugged it and covered it with plastic.
It’s so frustrating to not be able to play many things I choose but never know what will work correctly.
Thanks to anyone who helps,
Airshift

Re: 2013 Minimoog Voyager problem
Sorry can't help you much, but I think I heard if you don't power them on for a very long time, you can lose your presets?
I believe there is a battery in there. But I could be wrong. Does it work if you create a preset from scratch?

Re: 2013 Minimoog Voyager problem
The pre hardware version 3.0 digital pcb (through-hole components, single bank memory) and the later SMD populated v3.0 digital board with 7 sound banks (A-G) both use Type 3032 sized batteries to hold the memory. On my 3.0 digital board it is a VL 3032 battery.
Here is a picture of this v3.0 digital board of mine:

Good to know! Thanks Till!
I've had to replace those batteries in rackmount FX that started acting up.
