Voyager OS Output Failure

Post by mansionsofwixxedness » Fri Mar 13, 2020 9:17 pm

The L/mono and Right outputs work independently but wont work together in stereo. When I patch into the Right output it shuts off the left. I've run stereo out with success in the past. Is this a filter issue? Could a side of it be bad?Anyone else experience this issue?A Fix? I've emailed customer service and they have sent me the output calibration procedure but it seems the adjustment is only done on the left/mono side.

Thanks!!!!!!!

It sounds like your left channel is out. When you operate in mono (i.e. only the left output jack connected) the left and right side output circuits are summed together. I suspect in this configuration you are only hearing the right channel. The right output jack uses the right side channel output circuit whether you have the left side jack connected or not and it appears this is working as expected.

You can confirm this by observing the effect of changing the filter poles. The B filter pole affects the left channel and the A filter poles affects the right channel. Please let us know what you find out.
