Model D Reissue VCF Sus prob

Post by sfere1 » Wed Jan 30, 2019 12:14 am

Hi Everyone
need some help here...anyone have any issues with the VCF sustain acting abnormally or more like not acting at all?
I'm having an issue here where it's just not working. I had some midi feedback via a loop one day and it just kind of knocked it out upon restart. I reset it via the manual instruction for doing a factory reset and it just never came back. However...there was one time when I assigned the vcf to the mod wheel wiggle the wheel a few times and it came back. Tried it again and nada...factory reset nada...this is extremely frustrating and disheartening. any ideas as i'm really not trying to send this thing in and be without it for a few weeks?
btw it has the latest firmware and it's a late 16 model.

thanks in advance

I've tried both ways....and the prob still exists.

That’s a shame. I’d reach out to Moog support I’m sure they’ll help.
