Few Questions on Voyager

Well, I finally got to updating the operating system and I've got a few questions...to see if my Voyager is working well.

Now, when I go through the presets, the sound doesn't change until I hit enter.
Whenever I change a preset, the volume for headphones lowers everytime, until I turn the volume up even if the knob is all the way up.
Is this normal?? thanks

Yes. There are options to change the selection of presets to become active when you press ENTER or to become active immediately when you use the +/- buttons.

There are also options to make the headphone and/or master volume settings active by front panel settings or by stored program value.

It's in the manual, I don't remember the exact steps.
