New model D issue

Post by mmp » Sat Nov 25, 2017 12:05 am

I just got my new model D, but it has an issue. The glide switch seemingly disconnects the keyboard from the oscillators no matter where the glide knob is set. Could this be a connector issue under the mod wheels? I don’t want to void my warranty, but it would be nice to have a working instrument. I will call Monday, but any help over the weekend would be appreciated.
