Brand New Voyager - Random Reboots - any ideas?

I just bought my first Voyager Performer brand new. It is from the last batch before Moog discontinued and came with 3.5 loaded.
It appears to be randomly rebooting from time to time with now rhyme or reason. At first I though it was a midi issue as I was trigerring from a sequence in Ableton using an M-Audio USB UNO midi controller. However, i removed midi all together and it still happens. I can be playing and experimenting/tweaking for 15-20 minutes the all the sudden it reboots. Again, no smoking gun or specific timing of this.
Is it me or has this type of issue been seen before. I figure on calling Moog on Monday (its sat night right now).
