Hi!
I would like to use the 61 note keyboard of the Moog Voyager XL not only for the epic sounds of the Voyager itself, but also to control other (polyphonic) synths, VST-pianos, rhodes, etc.
I contacted Moog presales, but didn´t get any clear answer if the Moog Voyager XL supports a PIANO TYPE SUSTAIN PEDAL.
I´m looking around this forum and it seems it may work with the XL:s 3.6 version OS, but the info is not too clear, viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12070&start=15
Anyone able to give a definitive answer to this, please?
Does Moog Voyager XL support piano type sustain pedal

Hi,
yes the Voyager supports the MIDI controller for sustain.
First you should download the latest version.
With this version you can use a pedal connected in the ENV gate jack.
The function for the ext. gate input is in the MASTER menu page 2.4.
Take a look here in the middle of the thread:

Have fun,
