Pushbutton replacements?

Anyone ever seen or know of replacement pushbuttons (Panel, Edit, Master, Enter, Cursor, -1, +1) that are less squishy, maybe better quality, or not mounted on a circuit board but attached to the panel somehow?

Bump... I would also like to know more about the Voyager pushbuttons. On my unit they are still functional electrically, but several of them do not mechanically click anymore... does anybody know the part number? I wonder whether the pushbuttons can be disassembled without desoldering, and brought back to clickiness by transplanting some internals.

Also, I found out by opening them that you can actually modify them to make them clicky. I made a little tutorial video:
