First, very new to analog synthesizers. Specifically, the mini Voyager.
Having said that, when I purchased mine I also purchased the following modules:
VX-315
CP-251
Dark Energy II
Dark Time
I've familiarized myself with the operations of the Voyager as a stand-alone and now I'm ready to start connecting my modules.
I still need to install the adapter for my VX-351 so let's set that aside for now.
The first thing I noticed with my Doepher's is they have 1/8" jacks.
How do these connect to the Voyager? I am assuming my signal path will be FROM the Voyager TO the mods.
The back of the Voyager has 1/4" for both RED and BLUE jacks.
How do the mods daisy chain with each other?
Yea, I'm new. REAL new.
I've tried searching the videos but these guys already up and running. No basic connection tutorials.
Please help in the basic connections if you can
Thanks,

All you have to do is buy 1/8" to 1/4" cables. Go to www.sweetwater.com to find the cables you need.

The 1/4" OUT from the Voyager is coming from what jack? CV? Gate? etc.DonutDude wrote:All you have to do is buy 1/8" to 1/4" cables. Go to http://www.sweetwater.com to find the cables you need.

It depends on what you want to do. I'd suggest starting with the Voyager and the CP-251. There are a lot of examples in the back of the Voyager manual explaining how you can hook things up to the CP-251. Have fun and don't be afraid to just experiment. There are lots of neat and awesome sounds to be found.Scott Rolf wrote: The 1/4" OUT from the Voyager is coming from what jack? CV? Gate? etc.
