Voyager programming question

Hi,

I was checking some of Voyager's presets and noticed that in some presets changing the settings of Osc2 Waveform, will change the overall pitch of the entire preset.

I was wondering about how this is done and changed the settings of every single parameter to see when Osc2 Waveform stops affecting the pitch, getting back to affecting the waveform of Osc2 (not pitch), and actually couldn't see any change. It just kept changing the overall pitch.

Will anyone explain what's going on ? ;)

Thanks!

I just got my Voyager XL last night, so I'm not that knowledgeable with it yet - but it sounds like it may be some kind of extra modulation routing in the menu system.

I know when I first turned mine on, there was some similar crazy stuff happening - so I followed the manual's suggestion (on page 9) and activated "Initializing Parameters" followed by "Real Panel Parameters" to eliminate any background modulation routings or similar things hidden in the menus.

I'm yet to check out the vast amounts of presets - I wanted to play around with the actual panel first (hence the parameter setup above).

Anyway, let us know if this solves your problem!

Regards,
David.

oscillator 2 might be getting used as a modulation source also. it's selectable through the menu. or as stiiiive said, could be pot mapping

It could be the 1-2 Sync rocker switch too
