Mine came in on September 12th. I have yet to mount it on my Old School but I'll take pics of it once I do. I'm not sure if I'll leave it on there.

Yes, I can't see Moog posting an odd shaped heavy item internationally. Stickers arrived, not sure about a knob.

Yep, mine has just arrived too... many thanks guys
UK postage was £2.25, that must work out at quite an expensive mail drop for Moog (x UK Voyager owners that qualified).

Take a bit of string (I used some thin wire) and slide it back behind the knob and pull straight out. It popped right off for me.
