In Kuala Lumpur. Have not received my Moog knob. This sucks if they don't ship international.

I suspect USA for a first batch, and maybe another one for international later on ?
Haven't yet received mine either, and I'm just in the country next door...

This is of course complete bollocks !! I have received both great support from them and a whole lot of freebies after a competition on their Facebook page. I'm in Belgium which is outside the US at the moment.

Yeah, I was feeling kinda left out of the whine-fest going on here so I chose the only thing I can truly whine about... (or am I being too blatant?)

:)

Could be, of course. But for all the stuff you've received - and it's good to know someone has, at least - there seem to be quite a few people in various parts of the world who've never received anything. Time will tell.

Are these for Voyager RME owners, too? I'm on the west coast, but haven't received mine yet.

I did not receive a gift either. Bought two Moogs in 2012 one of them being a Voyager.
Dont know why some customers receive a gift and others not. Strange philosophy if you
ask me. I am also outside of the US but it seems as this is not the main reason for not
getting the super cool knob.
Let`s see maybe some day the postman will ring with a small present from Moog in his
hands.

Thank you folks,

I received the gift last week and I appreciate the effort and thought.

Very cool,

I'm glad you said it out loud, I was too embarrassed to admit it!

But, come on, you have to admit the machine sounds better, right? HaHa!

We'll settle down when more people get knobs, thanks.

Anyone got one outside continental USA?
