I received mine here in Germany today. :D

A big thank you to Moog

It was shipped by the official german Moog distributer EMC Electronic Music Components in an envelope with Moog's address as return address.
I guess shipping a bulk to EMC and then shipping them inside Germany was not expensive as hundreds of packages shipped individual across the Atlantic.
keep on turning these Moog knobs

Sequence:
Prodigy * minimoog '79 * Voyager * MF102 * MF103 * MF104z * MP201 * Taurus 3 * Minitaur * Sub Phatty * MF105 * Minimoog 2017+ MUSE * One 16

That would work for Australia too! Distributor could post from Melbourne.

No knob here yet. I don't hold out any hope of getting one either. If indeed Moog posted a bulk parcel to the distributor to send out within Australia then I hold out even less hope that I will get one since the store I bought all of my Moog gear from seems to be a little blasé about me as a customer. (I won't mention them here because that would be rude.) Oh well, it is just a shiny knob that I don't think will add any aesthetic advantage to my voyager. (curly maple select with blue backlight)((super sexy)). But still, I like to feel special. Doesn't matter, I LOVE my Moogs and there is no substitute. (except maybe one of those big old Oberheim thingies like Geddy Lee had) so I will put up with all the crap in the world from the store owners. They can't take away my Moog happiness. Wish I could play well, but that will come with practice.
