Overloading my voyager is safe?

Post by starkaudio » Tue Aug 28, 2012 2:01 pm

I found this "guide" and want to know if it's accurate?

Am I in danger of hurting my voyager using this technique?

Yes, it's absolutely safe. It's been done on original Minimoog D for years, and the Voyager provides the same possibility.

Anyway, at maximum level, the ext audio will only feedback, forcing you to lower the level in order to get any musical use out of it.

Just be careful on how you build your "Crunchifier Feedback Cable", in order to not short out anything...

Have fun !

A subject that comes up over and over again. Read more about the whole Voyager overdrive topic here:
