filter envelope fail

i've had a voyager for a few months and i've noticed that the attack,decay and release knobs on the filter envelope have zero effect on the filter's cut off frequency. the 'amount to filter' and sustain knobs work fine and the volume envelope works ok.

has anybody else had similar issues?

when you turn the "amount to filter" all the way up, are you turning the filter cutoff knob all the way down? that way you turn over control to the envelope vs the cutoff knob- and when testing this out, have your spacing set to 12-o clock, or switched to hi/lowpass-
and unless you hold down the key, you'll need to turn your amp release knob up to more or less match
