Hi everyone,
This is my first post to the forums, and I'm sorry that it's about something negative. I recently became the proud owner of a Voyager XL, which I have LOVED thus far. Since yesterday, the ribbon controller has been malfunctioning. It no longer "remembers" where I touched it, but, instead, it reverts to some strange concept of zero when I lift my finger. Has anyone else had this problem, and, if so, how have you fixed it?
This is an amazing synth, and I don't want to cast any negative light on it. I'm sure this is some glitch with my machine, maybe in the digital panel settings?
Thanks!
Tom

Probably best to contact Moog Music.

I called Moog music and they told me how to fix it right away: ) If this happens to anyone else, take note of what part of the ribbon controller seems to be sticking. It will probably be near one of the screws in the plastic frame. Loosen the screws at that point by just a 1/4th turn. That fixed it for me!
