HI.
My Matriarch is "Frozen" after attempting to update to firmware 1.3 Using the new updater (1.1.0).
Using Midi and USB didn't make a difference.
Prior to 1.3, I would download the new firmware and used Brome Send SX to update the firmware without any issues.
So, while I'm waiting for a response from Tech Support, I would like to "un-freeze" the synth, and maybe revert to the last firmware version using Brome, if possible.
I really need to resolve this by Monday if possible.
Any help would be appreciated.
Windows 10
Thanks
Rob.
Matriarch "Frozen" 1.3 Update
Re: Matriarch "Frozen" 1.3 Update
Hi.
Desperately need help to get my Matriarch working again.
I'm sure its a matter of "Resetting" ..... I just don't know what to do or who to ask.
I've filed a ticket with moog.
Still waiting.
Thanks
Rob

Re: Matriarch "Frozen" 1.3 Update (solved)
Problem Solved
Moog support reached out to me with several things I can do.
Basically uninstall and re-install updater and or install and use Microsoft's Midi sysex transfer utility.
Before doing all that I decided to try one more time.
Connected the Matriarch to my computer via usb.
Turned on the Matriarch (which was still "frozen").
Then booted my computer.
Opened up the Moog firmware loader app.
To my surprise the app recognized the Matriarch!
Previous to this, once the Matriarch "froze", the uploader couldn't recognize the Matriarch.
Everything is fine.
Hope this will help someone else in the future.
Thanks.
