Mother 32 broke?!

Hello, hope everyone's doing well and is enjoying making some sounds!

I had a sequence running on my M32 together with the Subharmonicon (the only patch active was the assign output from the M32 to the tempo input of the Subharmonicon) and everything was going fine. I stopped the sequence to answer a call and when I came back none of the keyboard buttons of the Mother 32 seemed to work anymore. The unit also behaved strangely when turning it on...

I use the same power cable which was delivered with the unit, which was always sitting on my desk (room temperature) and never fell down or anything. I bought it only half a year ago.

I wrote to Moog support but they just suggested getting in contact with the dealer and getting a replacement unit...

Has anyone had any similar experiences?

never happend fortunately..do you have a recent electrical installation ? like, did you ever lost other devices such as hard drives wired to power socket ?
