Matriarch problems with mod wheel and sequencer

Post by AJCT » Thu May 26, 2022 5:58 pm

Hello All
I seem to be having some issues with my synth. It seems that the mod wheel has somehow inverted itself, so that pushing it to the top of its range means it’s completely off ( and turning it a micron down means it’s totally on (kinda like a shower with a mixer tap!).it asl seems like the sequencer is just making up its own sequences now, I.e. there seems to be some random intervals being thrown in, along with notes I’m sure I didn’t play. Also, I’m not convinced the envelopes are what they should be - especially when i see how other people are using them. I’d appreciate any help from anyone who might have experienced anything similar.❤️🙏🏻

I seem to be having sequencer issues as well.
I`ve reloaded the recent firmware.1.23
It seems to be playing random notes .... not what I entered.
Also I can trigger the sequence by playing a note, but as soon as I release
the note, the sequence stops. Same with the arpegiater.

Seems that the problem was that I had the Midi in and out assigned to the same channel creating a "loop" or "feedback". Assigning the Midi in and out ports to different channels, solved the problem. :D
