Single cycle / one-shot LFO?

Post by LocalTrack19 » Mon May 16, 2022 5:32 pm

Hi all,
I am quite new at synthesis (started a year ago with a Korg Minilogue XD) and I recently was lucky enough to buy my first Moog, a Grandmother. It is absolutely terrific and inspiring, and I am still learning how it works. What I cannot figure out, also not in the manual, is how to create a one-shot LFO modulation (I believe it is sometimes also called a single-cycle LFO). I want for example to create a riser patch, in which a note only rises once from, say one octave to the same note in the next octave. On my Minilogue I would use an LFO and set it to “one-shot”. How can I achieve something similar on the GM?
