I've been trying to access microtuning on the Matriarch using the Phatty Tuner as suggested and am having some problems.
I have a thing for just intonation and tried the '5-limit just' tuning. It seems to only work in the key of C.. setting it to other keys doesn't seem to work and it remains in 'C'.
Have I likely done something wrong, or is this feature not working?
Also, it's not entirely clear about the numbering of the tunings in the app. They don't seem to correspond to the tuning number in the synth, and it looks like whichever one you pick is sent to the *currently* selected tuning in the synth.
I see as well that changing individual frequencies in the app can only properly done by using keyboard arrow buttons up/down to change value, and left/right to navigate and being sure to hit 'return' at the end to ensure the numbers 'take'. It's a bit inconvenient but workable. The big thing for me is the transposing the intonations to different keys.
