Matriarch - Output Error

Post by philz1978 » Mon May 25, 2020 3:47 am

Hello everybody,
I wonder if anybody has a similar problem:

If i turn on the Matriarch everything is fine, unless i play a note on it: then the matriarch sends out a very soft signal, it leaks some bit of sound even if i don´t play a note. And no: itís not in drone mode.
I checked everything...somehow the outcoming signal is connected to the frequency of the LFO?! The only thing what helps is turning it off, it is very strange... Could it be something about the power supply?
All the best and thanks in advance

hi, have (/had) similar issue:
This was my setup:
Matriarch main(L+R) connected to a stereo channel on my mixer.
Headphones connected to my mixer.

After playing keyboard, :
Oscillators output (could faintly be heard) whereas
If I plugged headphones DIRECTLY into Matriarch I was not hearing the Oscillators spill/bleed.

I then tried connecting Matriarch main(L+R) using TRS cables into my mixer (yes my mixer has balanced stereo instrument IN too ) and that errant oscillator output is now no longer audible.

One observations though, on my Matriarch, I still do not have a loud signal in main(L+R) compared to for example the GM-output..
