Matriarch - Envelope Error

Hello Everybody,
I finally got a moog Matriarch in December and i am really happy with it. But there is one problem with the envelope, as it randomly latches.

Hi - I don't have this problem with mine. I assume you are using the latest version firmware? If it's any help I seem to recall someone else posting with similar issue although I can't find it.

Mhm...no, i got the newest firmware. I think i have to send it back, very unlucky.
I really love moog, but thats the 3rd instrument in a row taht have been broken (the ther two were grannies with each a broken filter). Kind of disappointed ;-(

I found that problem too, but in my case I was sending 4 note chords to the Matriarch over MIDI when it started happening. I think it's something to do with having all 4 notes starting and/or ending at pretty much the same instant.

In any case I reported it to Moog support and, after a bit of a delay, I was told "We are aware of this behavior on the Matriarch and our Engineering Dept. is looking into it". So I guess we're waiting for the fix...
