Grandmother Midi In from Ext Controller Issues

Hi, I'm experiencing issues with the midi in on my grandmother when trying to use an external controller. I'm trying to send midi from my daw and midi keyboard into the grandmother, but when I do, after about 2 or 3 notes played they get stuck. I've updated to the recent firmware and have reached out to moog with no response. any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried looking at the MIDI data that's coming in? Most DAWs have plugins to examine the input. At least then you may be able to see when it gets stuck, or if it's too much miscellaneous MIDI data coming in you could filter some of it out.
