Pitch Bend Wheel after key release?

Is there a setting that inhibits the pitch bend wheel after the key is released? I've had this setting on digital synths, but may not be applicable on an analog device. In other words, if I bend a note, then release the key with a longer ENV Release, then release the Pitch Wheel, the note will bend back. Not particularly the way I like to play, but can adapt if I can't reset the action.
