Mother 32 Patterns keep disappearing

Hi,
I've just bought a Moog Mother 32 and I LOVE it so far!
Besides that, I'm really worried that my unity is not acting correctly since my patterns keep disappearing all the time.
I may be doing something wrong while sequencing, I hope so!
This is what I'm doing:

1- Sequencing in Keyboard Mode: SHIFT + KB
2- Select the Pattern: PATTERN + key number 1
3- Recording: SHIFT + REC and playing notes on Moog Mother keyboard
4- STOP
5- RUN. The sequence plays correctly!! Let's sequence a second pattern.
6- Select the Pattern: PATTERN + key number 2
7- Repeating all the same Keyboard sequencing procedural as before
8- RUN. The sequence on Pattern number 2 plays correctly!!
Now. Let's play again the Pattern 1...

9- Select the Pattern 1: PATTERN + number 1
10- RUN. The pattern on number 1 is gone. It's the default 1 note Seq. repeating again.
If I select again, Pattern number 2, this is gone as well!

Please let me know if I'm missing any step of what could I be doing wrong.

You need to save the patterns. The instructions are on page 32 of the manual.

SAVING A PATTERN
Hold (SHIFT)+RUN/STOP for 1 second. When the green
OCTAVE /LOCATION LED blinks, select a bank by pressing
(BANK)+Step button 1-8 or (BANK)+LEFT/RIGHT arrows.
Use the LEFT/RIGHT arrows to select pattern location 1-8.
Press (SHIFT)+RUN/STOP to complete the saving process.
Press RUN/STOP to exit without saving.

Thank you. That's exactly what I'm doing:
Press (SHIFT)+RUN/STOP
or Press (SHIFT)+(REC)
it's the same

I can play back what I recorded but as soon as I select a different pattern, when I go back then it's gone!
I'm afraid that my Moog Mother 32 unit is faulty. Probably I'll need to return it.

Also, I can re-play the recorded pattern but if I turn off the Moog Mother it's not there anymore when I turn it back on. The patterns go back to the default one note sequence. This is very strange. Never happened to me before with any of my synths and sequencers.

There are several steps to saving the pattern, other than just hitting those buttons. Those select the step enter mode. You need to hold the button until the LED starts blinking. I would suggest following the steps laid out in the manual to save to a location. If it still doesn't work, you should contact Moog support.
