I was wondering what's the origin of the name "Drummer From Another Mother"?

It’s a typical Moog play on words.
The term “brother from another mother”means close friend and has been in use for at least several decades.
The DFAM is the second device in the mother series and is aimed at drum sounds. That means it’s the drummer from the Mother series.
Drummer From Another Mother seems like the logical choice of name.
