mother 32 acting funny

Post by evolakim » Sun Mar 11, 2018 11:23 pm

So, Im still figuring this thing out but right now it keeps switching to a state where all the keys are playing like a weird pitch bend kinda thing of the same note rather than Han playing the notes. Also, the reset, shift pattern thing is not initializing the pattern......help....thanks.

I think I got into this situation after entering a sequence. Can you explain what is happening?

Well. I think I figured it out. The keys on the “keyboard” were not playing individual notes, they were all doing this weird pitch bend thing. I think it was the way I had the synth settings. But it happened after I synced it via MIDI.
I do find that this thing acts weird sometimes.

Isn't it related to the Glide value? This is a knob, and can also be programmed per note on the step sequencer

Im not sure. Its intermittent and seems to happen when im syncing via MIDI. It could also be that I am not super familiar with pure analog devices and I have some weird setting that causes strange thongs to happen sometimes.
