HELP mother 32 fuse?

Post by hotthrob » Wed Dec 02, 2015 6:33 pm

I just traveled to the UK and in a moment of stupidity, I plugged my moogerfooger AC adapter into my Mother 32. The moogerfooger AC adapter only accepts US voltage, and now when i use the proper AC adapter (the one that came with the mother 32, which can accept 240 V) the mother 32 will not turn on. Perhaps i blew a fuse somewhere inside the mother 32, but I can't seem to find it. Did I just murder my mother 32? I'm performing tomorrow so this is kind of urgent. Any help is much appreciated!

Hi there,

Andy from Moog Tech Support here! Unfortunately, it does sound like the Mother has been damaged by this accidental use of the wrong power, and the USA power supply is also probably destroyed.

Please contact us directly for assistance with this issue, we will be happy to help you get it sorted out.
