Matriarch pitch off 2 semitones?

Post by elliotcc » Mon Dec 05, 2022 10:57 am

Hello!

Just got a matriarch and the entire keyboard is pitched two semitones down. I play a C and get an A#.

I have -
reset to factory settings
updated firmware
run tuning calibration

And I can confirm that I'm hearing Oscillator 1, so no detune knob is turned, and modulation is off. All Oscillators match #1 as expected.

Do you have any ideas?

Hi - did you confirm that the master tune knob on the back of the Matriarch is centered?
