Just got the Grandmother.
Have done a quick search but haven't found anything on this.
The hold button seems to be acting weird. I have a recorded sequence. When I have the hold button lit and then hit a key the sequence plays about once through and then the pitch descends until there's just a dull throbbing. And with the arp it just plays one note in an approximately 16th note pattern. When the hold button is not lit, everything works as expected.

Re: Hold button acting weird
that sounds odd. have you contacted Moog yet?
slim chance of a solution: try powering it off, then on, using the power switch only
when I had my GM hooked into a powerbar, it started acting weird if I powered it up/down using the powerbar.
I presume anything with a CPU should really be powered off using it's own switch

Thanks. I figured it out. I was plugged in by USB MIDI to my iMac and Logic. Unplugged it. It works correctly. So going forward I think I need to adjust the global settings if I want to use those features with a computer. The same thing happens with my minilogue. And is solved y making the synth accept external clock instead of its own.
