Model 15 ios sine for vibrato.

So I just got the Moog model 15 ios on my ipadPro today. After spending an entire day on figuring out how to produce a vibrato effect by connecting the OSC sine to the mixer and the low pass filter, I still haven't found any luck with it?

The model 15 ios comes with a video tutorial except it doesn't go into the details on how to customize the effects you want and I'm at loss for what to do next. I've searched videos online and manuals to help myself with it, but it seems like none have been able to explain how a vibrato sound can be produced with a modular synth, especially since most videos i've seen are about automated synthesizers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
