Does anybody know which company made the variable trimmer pots which are found on the modular PCBs
(the blue and browny types) and if they are still available anywhere ?

Those trimmers weren't particularly hi-spec and usually benefit from being replaced with modern multi-turn equivalents.
Why would you want to use them... just for originality's sake...?

I suppose it's a purist thing really, I'm simply trying to get as authentic as possible not only to sound but also to appearance . Having seen genuine Moog circuit boards I'm particularly impressed by vintage parts. For instance I made the mistake of using 1/4 w resistors in my clones when in fact 1/2 w resistors really do add that "genuine" fines. I've never been happy with modern tweaks and improvements on the Moog circuits.

Those are the venerable CTS 201 series trimmers, I believe....

They're probably still available if you look hard enough.

As an official kinda old guy, I remember these fondly, and used them in many homebrew synth projects.
I like them too. They were cheap and plentiful at many surplus parts stores in the 70's and 80's out here in California (anyone remember Haltek?).
They are as good as most carbon trimmers, which is not really very good. Easy to clean, though.

Cermet and others work much better for a lot of synth applications, but don't look nearly as cool!
